Server DOWN?

Guys i literally have NO IDEA whats going on right now. I have literally tried everything and watched tutorials but i cant find any way to get the server back online.
I have thoughts that we are getting ddosed by another server or some players. And i dont know what to do anymore.
Please if you know anything tell me.
