New Mod Application

I realize in my old mod application I did not say much about myself really, so now I will. My name is David (which is why my username is david16509, and don't ask about the 16509, I can just easily remember that.) and I have played on this server since it recently got back online. I am able to play minecraft when I can after school but I'm not addicted to it. I have been on a countless amount of servers that have shut down from a staff member destroying it or ruining it.
I would love to be a part of the staff to make sure no rules are broken because I have had my house griefed, stolen from and claimed then unclaimed. I will not ask for a ban but these people were James0503 (or whatever his user was) and Derpina. They raided our house and placed 1 by 1 towers all over it. I want to be able to stop these kind of rule breakers. On a past server, something like this happened but worse. A staff member teleported to almost every faction base and blew it up while in creative. When I got on and saw the raid I admit, I raged. I was extremely angry even though this was just a game. I know I have a short, maybe very short temper but this raid hurt me. All of the faction's (including me) hard work was ruined and wasted because of this one person. From that moment on, I wanted to stop this kind of thing from happening. The staff member barely ever played but wrote a very convincing mod application. People knew he hated the server, he spammed and yelled insults to everyone. But once he was opped, everything was destroyed. The server was forever shut down.
This is why I want to be a moderator, I want to make sure everyone has fun, stop hackers, and stop spammers. On almost every server I've played on, at least 1 person uses X-ray or Nodus. It was terrible how everyone cheated and staff never got on to stop it. I want to make sure that doesn't happen to this server. I want to be able to help us. I come on quite a bit and wish to help people.
I won't abuse the power like some people who kill others while in god mode. I know I suck (emphasis on suck) at building, but if you give me some instructions, at least I can help . But above all else. The main reason I want to be mod is to keep the server from shutting down like it did before. I didn't play when it was most popular so I don't know why it closed by I will help make sure it doesn't close from lack of players. I advertised to server to my friends and they have gotten on, but I want to do more than advertise. I want to get inside the pixel core of the server and help where I can the most. Whether it's helping on building, stoping hackers, or just advertising more.
I know I can enforce the rules and make sure none are broken anymore. There have been countless times where rules have been broken while staff wasn't on. But when That1LegoKid was made HeadAdmin the rule breaking began to lower. But I want to help make sure rule breaking ends.
I want to also inform you about myself. I am a nerd. I've gone to competitions for academics and have won prizes. I am also a major gamer too. I play games on the PC mostly though. Games such as TF2, RotMG, and many games on Steam. I always love to be able to help the servers I play on and with minecraft I feel I can be able to help more than other games. I live in Washington and I am 14 years old. I am moving to Seattle soon and hope that this transition in my life will let me keep at least one thing from my old city. Whether it's friends in real life or friends I play with online.
